Brian DeMint is a fashion art photographer based in Joplin, Missouri. Formally trained as an oil painter, Brian switched to photography in 2004. By combining classic design elements with art-historical knowledge and new technologies, he creates imagery that emphasizes distinctive styling and a more avant-garde narrative.
His educational methods emphasize creativity, composition, and the elements and principles of design. Using an unconventional photographic approach to push lateral thinking in attendees, so that they can employ new ideas and push their own work forward.
Eyeworks publishing credits include National and International Fashion Magazine Covers and Editorials, Book Covers, Cd Covers, among other publications. Brian lectures on a national level as a keynote speaker or instructor for PPA State events, speaking credits include Imaging USA, Canadian Imaging, After Dark Workshops, Sandy Puc’ Tours, Shutterfest, Inferno workshops and appeared on the PhotoVision DVD series.
