PHOTOWALK

LEADER FORM

Thanks for stepping up to lead a VIP Photo Experience during

PhotoCon KC.

These after-hours experiences (Friday, March 20, 2026, following the day’s conference programming) are designed to be small-group, high-value, guest-firstevents—part photo walk, part hands-on coaching, part community-building.

VIP Photo Experience Leader Expectations

  • Be the host: greet guests, set a positive tone, keep the group together—no one gets left behind.

  • Arrive early + start on time: be ready at the meet point with a clear plan and timeline.

  • Have a simple route + backup plan: meet point → 2–3 shooting spots → wrap point; adjust for weather/crowds.

  • Teach with purpose: share 2–4 key takeaways and give quick demos + shooting time + regroup moments.

  • Guest-first pacing: watch the slowest walker, offer options, keep the experience accessible.

  • Safety matters: stay in public/approved areas, watch traffic/hazards, use good judgment after dark.

  • Be professional + respectful: consent matters, respectful street shooting, model/talent direction stays appropriate.

  • No harassment / no drama: inclusive, welcoming environment—issues get reported immediately.

  • Communicate clearly: what to bring, where to meet, what the experience includes, and how to reach staff.

  • Represent Bedford + PhotoCon well: deliver value, answer questions, and make guests feel cared for.

  • Escalate emergencies: call 911 first if needed, then notify PhotoCon staff.

  • Wrap strong: quick recap, thank you, and next-step practice tips for guests.
